E-Seminars in GoToMeeting environment
Organize product presentations, short courses and other virtual meetings comfortably using GoToMeeting conference environment. Participants will receive an e-mail invitation, which includes both manual as well as the link from which to begin. If it is your fist time then we advise you to read through the instructions given here.
We offer the guaranteed technical support in conjunction with the manufacturer companies. To get the support you are required to have customer support or maintenance agreement . Company contract terms may differ slightly, but usually the contract provides support for the validity period of the agreement for technical assistance + for product updates. The customer pays for the period, and the price depends on the product purchased, and the number of licenses.
Software setup, customization and integration
Some of the software products (such as card server) are not out of the box products and the customer may need help with configuring or with other information system components (the client program, ERP, etc.). In this case we are always happy to help. Often, the problem is not so much technical but focuses on business processes, then we need to help the client to figure out how to organize the information processing.
Client without Support Agreement
If it is possible we also help clients without Support Agreement, but online consultation and procedure are chargeable. Our chargeable services are:
- Online consultation by the phone and/or via GoToAssist (1 hour - 40€ / h + VAT, for each additional hour 35€ / h + VAT).
- Consultation in the firm (1 hour - 45 € / h + km, 1 day - 360€ + km).
- Transfer of licenses from the on company to another ( 45€ + km).
- Node locked license for a computer name change (45€ + km).
- Customer license portfolio identification in Bentley, copies of serial numbers and certificates, etc. (45 € + VAT).
